the location was excellent, right next to the station. i found the staff to be friendly. my room was clean and the bedding felt fresh.

the cage door on the ground floor was left open. i had to carry my case down the stairs.

The staff demonstrated helpful customer service. One individual from estonia was particularly wonderful. while there's no breakfast available, this is a minor issue since other options are nearby. i liked the friendly and well-managed atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. I got clean towels everyday, I appreciate that.

My room had no bedside plugs. I couldn't charge my phone near the bed. This was hard for me because I had a lot of luggage.

The hotel is in an excellent location right next to the station. This made traveling very easy for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing my needs. My room was clean, tidy, and quiet. It had everything I expected for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and I slept well each night.
